The redemption feature is subject to the following strict guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Users who legally hold valid XAUTUST digital assets are eligible to apply for
    physical gold redemption, subject to our identity verification processes.

  • The Ratio: The redemption ratio is guaranteed at 1 XAUTUST = 1 Fine Ounce of Physical
    Gold (999.9 purity).
  • Process: Redemption requests must be initiated through the official contact and verification
    protocols outlined on the Platform. Delivery, vault withdrawal fees, and applicable local
    taxes or customs duties are the sole responsibility of the redeeming party.

To access certain educational features or initiate verification for redemption, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to educational posts, articles, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of XAUTUST or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
